New Mexico never says a ticket expires. It says you must request reaffirmation of line location every ten working days after the initial request, which comes to the same thing on site. The definitions section backs the figure up from the other end: a legal mark is one 'designed to last at least ten working days if not disturbed'. Positive response is available and the statute expects you to use it before you commute to the site.
